Shoehouze.com - BAD Service.

Hasn't been updating my blog for almost a year, what makes me here again? Just wanna share my experience to everyone who intend to buy anything for Shoehouze.com. This website is a total scam. I placed my order end of April 2015. I even doubt its even authentic. So this was what that happened.

1. I ordered a pair of Nike Airmax 90. Well, before payment, their service is however still good. After payment, they showed their true colors. I initially ordered a pair of Airmax A and then two days after the order, one day after the payment, I requested for a change to Airmax B. Well, they said no change to be made once order is confirmed. Alright, since its me who want to change the order, they asked me to pay RM70 as "service charge"..  I paid, and they replied "received". and will amend my order. Initially, my FIRST order was supposed to arrived the first week of MAY 2015, but then after I made the change, they said it will be delayed to 1 week after. ALRIGHT. Patiently wait.

2. I received the shoe after 3 weeks, and guess what? THEY DIDNT AMEND ANYTHING, NO CHANGES WERE MADE. They sent me the AIRMAX A. So I was like wtf? I paid for a change and why am I still getting the same shit?

3. So I texted them again (as they don't have any call centre). Their first reply was "Oo, we will refund you". So does this mean its their fault?! They forgot to change the order and they blame it on me. Later on, they told me.. The colleague who had been handling me, resigned. So is that my problem? I asked for a change or refund, they told me I had to bear all the expenses and penalty of 30% for any changes. I paid, and they forgot to change .. And now they are asking me to pay again?

4. I asked for a refund, however.. Based on their shitty policy, only 70% refund. They shipped me the wrong pair of shoe, and put the blame on me. This is the worst online shopping experience I had.

5. They kept on repeating "Choose to refund the RM70 or 70% refund after I send them back the shoe.

6. Firstly, I changed my order before they shipped out. Secondly I paid to amend my order. They did nothing and just keep asking for money, penalty.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

This is their Facebook.

BEWARE.

Europe Trip - Amsterdam, Netherlands.

I have been abandoning my blog, eventhough nobody reads my blog, I wanna blog for myself! Its somehow, fun to read what you have blogged about in future. Reminiscing what had happened for the  times that flies so fast! I am gonna blog about my Europe trip which I went during last Summer / Autumn which was Sept to Oct 2013.
Almost all my pictures are gone, thats why I didn't wanna blog about it. But then I tend to almost forget everything about my Europe trip! I saved so hard to go there, to create memories.. But the cold blooded thief who stole my wallet back in Madrid, Spain.. Took away my memories too because my memory cardS were in that wallet!!! I just changed my third memory card the day my wallet was stolen.. Dafuq~~~~
I have always been warned about pick pockets in Europe so I was being extra careful... Until on the LAST day of my trip before I go back to England... My wallet was stolen. The bf came to meet me up at Santorini, Greece... When he came, I just lost my precaution.. Relying too much on him I guess, ended up my wallet is gone now. So I guess girls, better to not rely on guys... :(
I cried so badly after I realised my memory cards are in the wallet, I even made police report in Spain.... but its useless!!! So please be extra careful in SPAIN!!! Those pick pockets there are PROFESSIONAL!

Before I forgot everything about my trip, I wanna write it down. Although I have to pictures to see and recall, at least I have my blog... :(

Our trip started at Amsterdam, Netherlands. Amsterdam is truly a wonderful place.. The above picture was transferred to my phone so I still have it. But the one of me and the windmills are gone. xxxxxx
The Zaanse Schans Windmills can be reached by their local trains. I bought a euro global pass through Eurail.Com so my fare is included, I am not really sure for the price of the ticket. That place is a wonderland, so beautiful! MUST GO!
And of course those famous spots like the Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, Jordaan, Royal Palace of Amsterdam. And yes, no pictures. :(
I have one of this from my phone, a cacated panorama one. LOL, better than nothing?

A picture by the canals is a must.

Had dinner at Villa Zeezicht
Address : Torensteeg 7, 1012 TH Amsterdam, Netherlands
Food rating : 8/10
Price ratings : 7/10
Total damaged :€30

I haz steaks and local beers. :D

Yummy! Red meat is goooddd when the weather is so cold! Averagely 12-13˚C

Wee wee and I :D

Then we went to the Red Light District.. Which is the place for prostitution. They all just stand in front of a see through room to wait for you to go in. Basically you pay €10 - €50 you can have all sorts of services you want, depending on how much you pay.
Took this picture outside some random gift shops.
 Another touristy picture..
Well luckily I got these pictures transferred to my phone as well. Well maybe I still have 'some' memories of Amsterdam, my worst part should be Milan and Switzerland as I left just A FEW of them on random streets? :'(
Ok, back to Amsterdam, another picture with the windmill at the Windmill Restaurant.
For transportation, we bought the 24 hours tram pass  which cost €7.50 for every 24 hours, it starts the first time you scan that ticket. And each ride cost €2.80, so I think if you use the tram more than twice, its more worthy to get a 24 hour pass. They have 36 hours and 48 hours as well if I am not mistaken. But I forgot the price already.
Can check it here. Amsterdam Transportation

I guess thats pretty much everything about my Amsterdam trip...
Next post will be on Germany
Stay Tuned.

Summer sales!

Hello. Neglected my blog for a month because I was too busy over here. Settling down, getting used and everything. Weather over here is quite cold for me when I first arrived because I'm used to the super hot weather in Malaysia. It is SUMMER now where sometimes it hit such low temperature in the late evening, about 9 degrees? I was getting used and finally liking the weather, where real summer arrives. Still slightly colder than Malaysia, about 25degree celcius. But my seniors told me this kind of "lovely" weather doesnt last long, might be about one or two weeks because I was complaining that its very hot!! It's fine outside, but my hostel is just like an oven/sauna room. Why? Because all our rooms do not have aircond or fan, only heater. So now you know why its so hot?!
Have been spending alot here. Summer sales everywhere! Went to branded village - Bicester Village where all branded are sold at a cheaper price. I am so broke right now because I spend 3/4 of my own money that I've saved for my coming Europe trip!
Shopping everyday after class, Topshop, H&M, Dorothy Perkins, Republic and etc are just opposite my campus! How not control? Bought Gucci wallets, Pandora, Burberry clothes, Ralph Lauren, Ted Baker, DKNY, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Kate Spade and alot more in less than a momth! KILL ME PLS. I must stop spending already!
Heading to Scotland next week and London week after that, $$$$$ gone.
See ya.
XOXO

UK summer course :)

Hi everyone. Sorry for abandoning my blog! Had been quite busy preparing my stuffs to come over here. I am currently in Sheffield, England for my degree course. I'm happy that we had finally made it here! But things do not always go in the way you wanted in to be. Everything seems to go on smoothly except that I'm arranged to another class and I have to attend the class with some people I barely know. People who knows me well know I have a very bad sense of direction, I cant even recognise the roads in my own hometown so I think I'll need some time to get used here? My friends had to wait for and then we go home together! Thanks for being there when I need you. So enough talking and I'll show you some pictures of my life in Sheff!

Manchester Airport. I've landed in Manchester and then an our journey to Sheff by bus.

Our first meal in Sheff! We are getting better with our cooking skills because we are cooking almost everyday now. Eating outside is quite pricey because RM is x5 here. Haha. Wanna save some $ to Europe!

This is my room! We all have an ensuite room means with a private bathroom! Yayyy :)

Wee and I exploring the places nearby our flat. We almost got lost!

Trust me, it wasn't summer at all. It was freezing cold sometimes! I always had a hard time deciding on what to wear because it can be quite warm(18degree) and quite cold(7degree) sometimes.

The three of us finally made it here. =)

Some unfamiliar face? Haha, this is my new friend/new flatmate. His name is Vincent. He is the only guy in this flat so he is kinda busy all the time trying to "help" all of us with task from "house chores to something personal". Haha, we appreciate it and we will continue asking for help! Haahahhaa.

I said it wasn't summer right? Haha. It was 9degree! Dafuq? Malaysia's summer is 35degree celcius. Guess we are not having summer, we are living in an oven.

First day to uni for orientation, wore something sweet. And it was a warm day. Haha. I didn't even put on my jacket.

I've never loved the sun this much. I always try to avoid going under the sun when I was in Malaysia, but I really love the sun very much now.

Went shopping and bought my baby Yoyo a cute winter dress from H&M. Its only 7pounds. Curious with how would it be?

Hello from Koh Niu Niu and Yoyo.

Then we are joining 10 trips. We are going York, Manchester United, Whitby, Nottingham, Blackpool, Liverpool, Cambridge,Leeds,Cheshire Oaks, Newscastle.

On our first Sunday there, we went to York.
Vean, me and Wee.

In the bus, its about an hour journey to York.

Hello from York.

Fail pose!

York Castle Museum. :)

We found Topshop here as well, shopaholic cant live without shopping.

Yummy kangaroo burger.

Handsome ang moh cooking the kangaroo meat makes the meat more delicious. Haha.

Its Burger Pate's. Give it a try when you have the chance to visit York.

Later on, we had tea in Betty's. It was a highly recommended place.

At Betty's.

After hightea, we joined classmates for picnic at a park, loving the sun! It was so cold that day.

I always wanted a picture like this.

So enjoyable to surf the net under the sun.

Fail pose again.
OOTD :
Top from Topshop and Forever21
Bottom from Bangkok
Shoes from H&M
Shades from MBMJ

Visited the National Railway Museum. It was rather boring because I'm not that interested on trains.

End my post with a group picture :)

Friends. Sisters. Love.

Sometimes I feel that I'm quite lucky to have a bunch of lovely friends around who would give support to me when everyone was against me or when I am in need of help, when I need a listener or whatsoever. I do have many friends, but not every of them are true friends. To me, there is nothing on earth that is more to be treasured than true friendships, and one of the most beautiful qualities of true friendships is to understand and to be understood. Your true friend knows what you are thinking or what you wanted to do/ to say even with some little gestures of yours, well it is mainly becoz they understood you well. And I am actually quite blessed to have them in my life <3 div="" nbsp="">

Cousins. Sisters. Rejene and Rachel, my cousins sisters from mother side. Love them to bits. We always have endless topic. They always take care of me as a little sister, warm love. Rachel is in Scotland for business training and I am missing her so much, come back soon!!

Violet. Got to know her since our primary school! At the age of 7, and we are 23 now. How many years? Take a calculator and count!
16 years! Time flies!! We were so young once and now, she is even getting married very soon. I cant believe times had passed so so fast. She always borrowed me her helping hand whenever I needed one. She is a friend that you can totally count on!

Sabrina. I knew at the age of 4. Curious why I know her in such child age? No we are not nursery friends! Our parents knew each others, so the children becomes friends too! Its not easy to maintain a friendship for 19 years you know. We dont see each other very often, maybe 2-3 times a month due to her jobs and my studies, but we still love each other! We share secrets, just like sisters.

Sheh Wen. She is my biological brother's gf. We become friends and we are like sisters, friends and family. We have endless topic, we gossip and love each other unconditionally! Time flies and we have knew each other for 3 years!

My girls. Yong Wee and Vean. We were called as SHE by our classmates. Because they will see the three of us in everywhere. Classes, canteens, cafe and shopping malls! HAHA! We actually knew each other years ago from Kampar as we were classmates during diploma. But we didn't get to know each other well, we had misunderstandings and all. But now we are true friends. Thanks to Wee who is always my companion in KL during my study life! And not forgetting Vean being my private tutor whenever there is mathematical subjects in my course! Sharing is caring and we knew it, I just don't understand why some people can be so calculative.

Ms Connie Lam aka jiejie. She is elder than me by one year so I always like to call her jiejie(elder sis in cantonese). We were ex housemates in Kampar and ended being good friends, best friends, true friends. I am quite an anti social people. So I can hardly make friends, she is the first housemates that we had become so close to each other <3 and="" generous="" helpful="" is="" nbsp="" p="" she="" talkative="">

Tiny little Ms Kakei. We were ex housemates. We were strangers. We weren't close, we seldom talk to each other at first. As time pass by, we get to understand each other as we were living under the same roof top! We hang out together, dine together, movies together and...... uncountable!

Look alike? Haha. Yea she is my "twin sister", Ms BabySushi.. We went to TARC Kampar together. The first time I'm staying outside without my family, was with her. We spend most our times together becoz she just stayed beside my room, haha. When I wasn't this chubby, I was about her size but taller. [yea I am FAT now ok :( ]
We were mistaken as twins! But her new classmates or my new classmates. It was like my new classmates told "I saw your twin sister, what course she in?" I was like when did I have a twin sister?! Haha. And even strangers mistaken us as twins!

Do re mi. The three of us. Ms Cherie on the left, we didn't know each other very long but I can tell from how you treated a person. We are true friends :)

Once again, my 19 and 16 years friendship that I treasured the most.

My SHE :) Hope we can still hang out and gather when we are not classmates anymore! Working life is coming to us very soon! And I am looking forward to the Europe Trip with the both of you! Muacks~

To those who I didn't mention here, it doesn't mean you are not my true friend ok, I am just posting some recent outings with some of my girls!
TATA~
